What are the opening hours?
Guest Services is available for you anytime, day and night, and we’re here to help you make a splash amongst the locals.
How often is my room cleaned?
All rooms are serviced daily.
When can I use the pool?
The Oxford House pool is open exclusively to in-house guest from 6am – 9pm daily.
Where can I park?
Guests can access OH via our main entrance located at 21 Oxford Street, Paddington.
The immediate area offers on-street parking which is timed and ticketed.
Secure parking at St Vincent’s Hospital is as an alternative solution for your parking needs. This parking is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the hotel.
To book this carpark or for more information please use Secure Parking website. Main entry is via: 404 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 and clearance limit is 2.05m.

What amenities do you have?
Enjoy a swim in our outdoor pool, or a drink at our Pool Bar. Guests also have access to Busby’s for both breakfast and dinner.
Is there a hair dryer in the room?
Yes – all rooms at Oxford House have hairdryers available for guest use.
What are the pool opening hours?
Daily from 6am – 9pm.
Is Oxford House pet friendly?
As much as we love furry friends, unfortunately we don’t allow pets to stay at Oxford House, but we love to see them at our Pool Bar!
Is there Wi-Fi?
Complimentary house Wi-Fi is available.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in in time is 2pm, check-out is 11am.
How do I get to Oxford House?
Oxford House is located at 21 Oxford Street, Paddington, and is easily accessible via car, or public transport.
Can I do my laundry?
Oxford House does not provide laundry service however there is a local laundromat which is providing a set rate for guests with use of their room.

Can I change/cancel my booking?
Certainly! Please refer to the requested dates for the terms of cancellation policy.
Any booking modifications requested after check-in are subject to availability and may be applicable to rate variations. Payment will be taken upon check-in in full.
Is Oxford House kid-friendly?
Oxford House is a family affair!
Children (2-12 years) are most welcome at Oxford House and considered in adult room occupancy.
Cots are available for all reservations in accommodating up to 1 infant (0-2 years). Where a guest room may require a cot, we ask adequate notice is given to our friendly team to ensure the request can be made ready for the arrival of your little ones.
Can I order room service?
You have the option to visit both Busby’s and the Pool Bar during your stay with us. If you’d like to enjoy either menu in your room, please contact guest services and they will be able to provide options for you.
How is my booking guaranteed?
Payment is made at time of check in, a valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee a reservation.
