FAQs

We’re always happy to answer any questions via phone or email, but the FAQs might be just what you’re looking for.

  • Check-in for all guests is available from 2pm.

    Those guests who arrive earlier and where rooms may not yet be available; the OH team is available to store your luggage so you can head out to explore our local area or enjoy time on site.

  • Standard checkout time is from 11am.

    Extended checkout time is available for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to arrange this with our Guest Services team before 10am on their day of departure and are reminded such extensions are subject to availability.

  • Absolutely! Secure Luggage storage can be arranged with our guest services team 24 hours either before check in at 2pm, or after departure.
